RELEASE AND WAIVER: In consideration of being permitted to take part in the activity Pickled Pink and utilize the Chicken N Pickle Thornton 14225 Lincoln St. Thornton, CO 80023 (“Facility”), and/or all services, or equipment provided at the Facility, I expressly agree as follows: I hereby acknowledge that the activity set forth herein contains dangers and risks and may result in personal injury, including death, to the participant. I hereby assume all risks of injury (as defined below), and/or property damage arising from any acts or omissions, including negligence, of Sense of Security, Inc., Chicken N Pickle, their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and sponsors (such parties are collectively referred to as “Facility Provider”) whatsoever arising while I am participating in such activity. I am in good health and am physically able to participate in such activity. I hereby unconditionally waive and release Facility Provider (and unconditionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Facility Provider) from personal injury, including death and/or any illness or virus such as COVID-19 (collectively ‘injury”), and property damage that I may sustain in connection with said activities or use of the Facilities, and/or the services, or equipment provided at the Facility. I also authorize and consent to any emergency x-ray examination, medical diagnosis, or treatment or hospital care to be rendered to me under the general or special supervision of, and/or on the advice of, any physician licensed to practice in the state of Colorado in connection with any such Injury.

Registrant acknowledges that any damage to the facility that they cause may be charged to the registrant.

Participants may be photographed while utilizing the Facility, services, or participating in Facility Provider’s program, and said photographs, or likeness of me, may be used to publicize activities as the Facility Provider deems appropriate.

Join us on April 26, 2025 for Pickled Pink a pickleball event benefiting Sense of Security at 3rd Shot Pickleball in Wheat Ridge. Whether you have never played before or play everyday, this event is for you. Come meet new people, play pickleball and raise much needed money for a great cause!

Beginners (complete novices to those with a little experience) will be offered 1 hour of free play with optional group lessons and then a two hour completely social ladder mixed doubles tournament.

Intermediate (majority) and advanced (a handful last time) players will join us a bit later for an hour of open-play/warm up play followed by a double elimination mixed doubles tournament.

All players will be organized in Challonge before check-in with court time and byes already scheduled. Both groups will be limited to 70 players to maximize playing time and reduce time spent waiting to play.

All players will be able to enjoy the bar and catered meals at their leisure, pink pickleballs, prizes and possibly a small silent auction will be offered to all during the event.

Tickets are $50, with $25 constituting a donation to support our monthly grants for breast cancer patients in need in Colorado. Additional donations are always welcome and sponsorship opportunities exist.
